Busbars and their dedicated supports allow the creation of separate electrical branches, dividing phases and increasing the number of connections within electrical panels and installations. These components can be mounted directly on the metal structure of the equipment or on DIN rails, ensuring stability and ease of installation.

The TEKNOMEGA range offers two main solutions:

• Busbar supports, compatible with copper or aluminum bars;
• Ω Block busbars, a complete and versatile series.

The Ω BLOCK TEKNOMEGA line is highly extensive, offering a wide selection of terminal block, monoblock, and compact busbars. This range allows current distributions from 40 A up to 500 A, suitable for multiple applications such as control panels, automation panels, and power distribution systems.

Terminal Block Busbars
Available from 40 A to 400 A in bipolar and four-pole versions. They feature a transparent protective screen that separates the phases, positioned at the bottom and front (removable), ensuring safety during the tightening of connections.

Notable products include the Modular Up & Down Four-Pole Busbar at 160 A, ideal for complex wiring where space is limited. It allows organized management of inputs and outputs on different sides. Another interesting solution is the Side Input Four-Pole Busbar at 160 A, which enables direct connection to the main switch.

Compact Busbars
With current ratings from 80 A to 500 A, available in single-pole and three-pole versions. They comply with UL standards, are easy to wire thanks to guided entries, and provide a high level of electrical insulation. The tightening screws are protected by a transparent cover for added safety.

Quick Busbars
Available from 80 A in single-pole and bipolar versions. They feature indirect spring-loaded quick-connect outputs for fast, safe connections without the need for tools.

The entire Ω BLOCK range is designed for easy installation on omega-shaped (Ω) DIN rails or base plates, thanks to provisions built into the various models.
