CONTA-CLIP KDSClick cable entry system: the revolution in the field of cable entry systems

Extremely easy to assemble and mount, the KDSClick cable entry system by Conta-Clip with IP66 protection degree, allows you to quickly insert both headed cables, non-terminated cables and pre-assembled cables through the walls of electrical panels or junction boxes.
The system – thanks to the sealing elements – meets the requirements of the DIN EN 62444 standards regarding tensile strength forces on cables.

The KDSClick cable entry system consists of only three basic elements: frames, inserts and sealing elements which are combined in a modular way.
To insert the sealing elements it is not necessary to open and close the frames: Conta-Clip has in fact created sturdy monobloc frames, available in four sizes able to accommodate 4,6,8 or 10 sealing elements.

The KDSClick cable entry system is characterized by:

• a plastic frame made in a single piece to assemble and mount the cable entry system in a simple and practical way;
• foam gaskets that guarantee an IP66 degree of protection even on painted or rough surfaces;
• 80 different types of sealing elements to allow the passage of several cables or different sections;
• the conical shape that allows pressure insertion into the inserts previously positioned from the inside to the outside;
• the sealing elements can be easily removed to modify the existing configuration, add or remove a cable;
• high flexibility and versatility in cable management thanks to single, double, quadruple sealing elements and blind plugs.

The creation of the individual hollow passages through the frame is done in a simple way using four types of inserts: bar, T, cross and double cross.
A simple click ensures correct assembly.
The KDSclick cable entry system allows you to create different configurations to meet the different requirements for the passage of cables, hoses, pneumatic and hydraulic pipes. Furthermore, the ease of coupling and assembly is facilitated by the wavy cut of the sealing elements.

Conta-Clip also offers the KDSClick cable gland in the circular version that can replace cable glands with threads from M20 to M63.
